5 Things I Quit Believing And You Should Too

The power of belief is a force that has the potential to move us into our dreams or to stop us from ever trying to reach something that we are so passionate about. Do you believe it?

“Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t–you’re right.” ~ Henry Ford

Here are 5 things I quit believing and you should too.

1. I Quit Believing That It’s Too Late To Be Successful.
If you keep believing that it’s too late for you then you will never develop enough enthusiasm or excitement to even begin the endeavor. It’s not too late for you. Start now. Take action now. Get up and get going in the direction of your dreams and get ready for the ride of a life time.

2. I Quit Believing That Success Is Only For Others.
Sometimes it’s easy to get so caught up in the success of others and you think of all the reasons why they are the ones successful and you’re not. Success is for anyone who will do what it takes to make it happen.

3. I Quit Believing That Success Will Happen On It’s Own.
Success at anything takes work, work and more work. Nothing will happen for you if you just sit around all day waiting for good fortune to fall into your lap. A good friend of mine says that being a success means you have to get out there and hustle. That’s right, every day you have to make the connections, do the task, stay focused and follow through, just to wake up and do it all over again the next day.

4. I Quit Believing That I Couldn’t.
I’m a firm believer in the fact that if you have a passionate dream about doing something great, then to me that’s an indicator that there is something in you that qualifies you take the first steps in that direction. You may not have the total abilities just yet to accomplish the goal, but you do have the ability right now to get you started in the right direction and the rest will come.

5. I Quit Believing That My Past Failures Could Stop My Future.
Your past is behind you for a reason, that’s why it’s called your past. Quit looking back and start looking forward. Learn from your past and become wiser in your endeavor to reach your dreams. There is a future beyond your failures. Whatever you do, keep looking forward.
